- ★ Plan and conduct a New Member Orientation program for all new members within one and
a half months of becoming a member;
- ★ Provide a communication link between new members, inactive members and the Squadron
through personal visits, telephone calls,
a "buddy system" or other methods;
- ★ Develop a profile of members through interviews or questionnaires to determine skills and
personal interests for participation in Squadron activities;
- ★ Coordinate personal skills/desires of members with all committee Chairmen for potential committee membership;
- ★ Attend District Council meetings and conferences to exchange information with other Squadrons.
