About Us - We teach boating skills!

"America‚Äôs Boating Club® is a nation-wide boating organization. We learn together, boat together, and help each other and other boaters on the water and on land. Our members learn boating skills, engage with boating friends, and connect with the boating community."

Whether you are new to boating or an "old salt", we offer something for you!

We are a squadron of the United State Power Squadrons® (USPS) , a national, non-profit boating skills educational organization. USPS is for recreational boaters dedicated to making boating safer and more fun.

We are a group of regular boaters who believe in safely having fun on the waters of our beautiful Pacific Northwest!

We are one of the 15 squadrons that make up District 16 of the USPS. District 16 covers the Puget Sound area of Western Washington, the Spokane River, and the lower Columbia River area in Eastern Washington. If you are a boater in the State of Washington, there is a Squadron located near you.

Our members teach certified boating skills to the public. We also offer free USCG approved vessel safety checks of your vessel to help you keep your vessel compliant with Washigton State and USCG Regulations. We enjoy a variety of social and boating activities our members share throughout the year.

Our members enjoy participating in a wide variety of on the water and classroom courses that help improve their nautical & navigation skills and become more knowledgeable and competent boaters.
